Joint Entrance Examination (JEE)
Joint Entrance Examination Main is conducted to offer admissions to interested candidates in undergraduate engineering programmes at NITs, IIITs and other centrally funded technical institutions located across the country.
Exam consists of one paper with three sections viz Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
Each section will have 30 questions. Total 90 Questions in 180 minutes.
Marking Scheme: +4 and -1.
Total number of students appearing 15 Lakh all India.
Top 2 Lakh students are selected to appear for JEE Advanced which admits students into 16 IITs.
